part time food alchemist, part time model, part time student: Chef Leah started her culinary journey at the age of 15, working in several 4 star gourmet restaurants in colorado before even turning 18. after developing severe food allergies a couple years later, the pursuit of wholesome, delicious and health-conscious delights became an obsession.

3 years of traveling the world also piqued a keen interest in cultural cuisines, and strong influences of thai, indian, south american and mexican as well as hungarian and italian cooking methods have crept into her work. before starting this venture, recipes were not a primary concern, and Leah has reverse engineered all of the cart options so the food you taste is made without numbers, straight from the heart.
